Inspired by the galley scene in the Hollywood epic of the same name, Ben-Hur is an outward display of virility and struggle. This time-based endurance piece featured six performers uniformly exerting their physical prowess in an attempt to find the “perfect pace.” The performers deal with a variety of obstacles that distract them from their efforts to keep in sync.
