In this aggressive routine, novice escape artist Jefferson Pinder astounds and mesmerizes his audiences by attempting to break free from restraints. In a situation in which success is anything but guaranteed, the focus of this performance is on resistance. In the tradition of the ‘gentleman escape artists of the early twentieth century, this piece seeks the dramatic aspects of the show.
